Ah to be able to steal just an ounce of Alexa Chung’s seemingly effortless styling. And now, by way of her long-awaited style guide, we may finally have a chance to emulate the British beauty’s no-visible-skin but still oh-so-sexy outfits that take her from fashion launch to music festival to industry gala, the perfectly on-point accessories and the groomed but effortless denims.
Alexa took to Twitter to give her followers a sneak peek at the new fashion bible, writing, “Do judge a book by It’s [sic] cover.” alongside this picture of the uber-girly cover of her shimmering metallic eye make up – that reminds us just a little of the Spell Book from cult childhood classic Hocus Pocus.
Whether the title is a play on the media’s intent on calling her an ‘It’ girl, or more likely, Chung’s take on having that certain je ne sais quoi when it comes to fashion and styling, whatever ‘it’ is, she has it in bucket-loads.
And we’re hoping, once we get our hands on the book, that some of the magic will rub off on us too.
