Finally, we can stop gawping over and fantasising about a quick trip over the ocean to purchase a few must-have pieces of J. Crew, because news has reached British shores that a temporary pop-up shop is heading to London’s King’s Cross.
Sadly the pop-up will be short-lived, with the boutique open for just two days over the 24th and 25th May, and collaborating with Central Saint Martins College of Arts and Design to set up a new scholarship program looking to support new, up and coming design talent.
J. Crew president, Jenna Lyons said, “I am thrilled. . .Design students are the lifeblood of our industry. Their creativity and enthusiasm is a constant inspiration for all of us at J. Crew. We are looking forward to introducing ourselves to Londoners this May.”
The pop up boutique is set to sell J. Crew’s latest spring/summer 2013 collection plus a variety of cashmere pieces that can be monogrammed especially as well as one-of-a-kind jewelled collars.
Forget the air-miles and simply spend the air-fare in store – your wardrobe will thank you . .
The J. Crew pop-up store will be at Western Transit Shed on 24 May and 25 May.
