
J. Crew has hired fashion-forward bloggers – and couple – Scott Schuman and Garance Dore to head up its latest campaign; A catalogue of international fashion influences called “Hello, World!”
The street style giants are currently travelling the world photographing the ways in which 10 leading taste makers, including bloggers, magazine editors and boutique owners style J. Crew pieces to fit their distinct fashion visions. As if their monthly catalogues weren’t enough to stylistically influence us, “Hello, World!” is providing us with a lethal shot of fashion inspiration.

“We couldn’t think of better story tellers than Scott and Garance to capture the way the world wears J.Crew,” said J. Crew creative director and president Jenna Lyons. “We want people around the world to learn about our designs and our quality- there is no better way to articulate this but through people with great style.”
“Hello, World!” includes videos, photos, and interviews that explore the taste-makers’ individual personalities and inspirations. They will also offer plenty of style tips and showcase their favourite pieces from the US label’s spring/summer 2012 collections.

You can check out the first installment of the “Hello, World!” campaign on J. Crew’s website. The second half of the campaign will launch later this month and feature style aficionados from Paris, London, Milan and Sydney.
