Jonathan Adler and BareMinerals have teamed up to create a limited-edition make-up set called, Happiness by Design, merging cosmetics and home decor design. The project marks a first for Jonathan Adler, as it is his premiere foray into cosmetics. “I always say that I believe we’re all beautiful on the inside,” said Alder, “But you might as well do what you can on the outside. It was a joy to work with [Bare Escentuals and BareMinerals founder] Leslie Blodgett and her team, and I’m so pleased with how the product turned out.”
The limited-edition set features Adler’s signature bright hues in a chevron pattern on the Handy Buki Brush and an oversized version of the BareMineral’s Original SPF 15 Foundation, which will be made available in five shades.
“I love the color combination of this collection,” Leslie Blodgett said. “It’s hot and fiery. It’s a ball of energy. This isn’t something you meditate to. You open it, and a genie pops out. In this case, it’s our fabulous foundation.”
The collaborative set will launch in the U.S. this February priced at $60 (aprox. £37) in BareMinerals boutiques and we’re hoping it’ll become more widely available in the UK in due course, in the meantime, check out bareminerals.com.
