As we attempt to regain our pre-Christmas bodies and boost our health for the new year, Selfridges’ newly launched ‘Food for Thought’ campaign couldn’t come at a better time. The initiative aims to assist customers in making healthy daily food choices by way of special menus throughout the Selfridges’ restaurants, mini nutrition clinics and a pop up bakery which specialises in not-so-naughty wheat and gluten-free treats. But what we’re really excited about, is the opening of Juice Club at the Oxford Street Selfridges.

Created by award-winning mixologist Dan Thomson, Juice Club serves up a range of fresh-pressed juices. Choose from single ingredients, a bespoke-mixed blend juice or the exclusive hot Spiced Apple and Ginger Warmer. Or supplement your new health-eating regime with one of the Beauty Spike Shots, which, using a blend of beauty-boosting collagen, acai berries, pure ginger, nigella seeds, chilli syrup and aloe vera will add a much-needed and easily-digested hit of mind, body and soul-boosting vitamins and minerals to your diet.
All drinks are carefully balanced with a dash of Juice Club’s secret blend that combines the ‘super’ ingredient, pure Moroccan argan oil.
Juice Club pops up at Selfridges Food Hall, Oxford Street London from 4th January until the end of March 2013. www.juice-club.co.uk www.selfridges.com
