Movie icon Julia Roberts has been revealed as the star of Givenchy’s SS15 ad campaign. Photographed by Mert and Marcus, and styled by Katy England, Julia Roberts smoulders in monochrome, holding her hair away from her face with one hand, whilst holding tightly onto a coveted piece of the Givenchy SS15 collection with the other.
Riccardo Tisci said ‘I wanted it to be an honest collection, true to myself and true to Givenchy, of course, but more to myself. It was a very pure message. Very black and white. A powerful woman, with sex appeal but at the same time with masculinity, which is my style.’ It seemed that Julia Roberts fitted the bill and then some. We love it.
