One of the most recognizable faces in the world, Kate Moss has modeled for the best of the best. A muse for countless couture designers, she has been an unstoppable force to be reckoned with in the fashion industry for the past 25 years. However, she’s just landed her most important gig yet.
The supermodel’s newest campaign for Stella McCartney has just been released, in which Kate is sporting a lacy pink bra in support of Breast Cancer Awareness month. On her right breast, the iconic Pink Ribbon symbolizes the important cause. On Kate’s involvement in the campaign, McCartney explains, “Kate is a strong, feminine woman with a daughter and a husband; a strong family unit. For her it was important to bring awareness to this campaign to keep families together.”

McCartney says that the main goal of the awareness-raising project was to create a set that reminds women to keep healthy, and to visit their doctor regularly. She says of the collection, “I wanted it to be the initial starting point of awareness of this terrible illness. Not only does the set serve as a healthy reminder, but it looks great, fits incredibly well, and is comfortable and stylish.” A percentage of the profits of the lingerie will go to the Linda McCartney Centre to help fund a new Mammography suite which will help diagnose and treat patients, as well as help them recover.
