It’s quite possibly the only magazine that the legendary supermodel has yet to cover, so whilst we’ve been hearing hushed whispers for quite some time about Kate Moss posing for Playboy, we can’t say we’re all that surprised!
But now it appears there’s truth to the tales, as Refinery 29 discovered when chatting with super-star hair stylist Oribe, backstage over the weekend. It turns out that the shoot is well and truly wrapped up, with Oribe having prepped Kate’s hair for the spread (no pun intended!).
The cover is supposedly set to run in January 2014 to celebrate the magazine’s 60th anniversary. And whilst we’ve no idea as to just how naked la Moss will be, there’s no doubt that nudity is no issue for the British model who has posed topless on numerous (gratuitous) occasions throughout her career, most recently stripping bare for the St. Tropez ad campaign.
