Being safe in the sun, checking your moles and just being skin aware is so important and this year you are being reminded in the cutest way ever – as La Roche Posay have released an adorable video to help us remember the importance of keeping an eye on both you and your loved ones’ skin.
Subtle changes can happen without us noticing or being able to see in those tricky areas, so what better way than to get someone you are close to, to help you out?
The dermological skincare brand are educating us on what it takes to be a skin checker – as skin cancer is the only type of cancer that can be seen with the naked eye. Whilst 90% of skin cancers can be prevented if detected early enough; surprisingly it remains that around 1 in 2 people have never seen a dermatologist for a skin check, and unfortunately melanoma cases continue to rise…
Last year, La Roche Posay helped 30 million people globally to understand the importance of mole checking and this year we are getting in on the action too; and helping to share this short video around to you all:
