BEAUTY SPOTLIGHT: Lee Stafford’s Hair Styling Range

I have always loved Lee Stafford. I always think if the classic 70’s movie Shampoo (that starred Warren Beatty as the seductive hairdresser ) was remade they would have to give the part to Stafford. And he could play himself! His charisma sucks you in, you want to surrender to him, or at least you want your hair to.

And if he is not around you still feel the love from his products.

I am very much enjoying his Morocco Nourishing Miracle Mist. I have loved his Pro-ARGAN range since it came out. It is lightweight yet it seems to penetrate the hair without leaving it limp.

This spray is better than any other because it is so lightweight and instantly transforms over processed, dry, damaged, and over heated, over sunbathed hair. It is really good for thin hair, as it does not weigh it down; it seems to poof it up. It comes in small size so it can fit happily in your bag and act as caffeine shot for hair during the day.

It works equally well with wet or dry hair – I say that but I use it mostly on dry. You spray it through mid length to the ends not at the roots because that would make it too lank or at least it would my hair. You don’t need much even though you love it and you are tempted to use the whole bottle. The oil is inspired by the Berber women of Morocco, who have used it in their beauty regime since the beginning of time. They live in the desert with the sun beating down on them and this oil has been their ancient secret of preventing loss of moisture.

He has also come out with ARGANOIL Moroccan Night Repair Serum, which you put on as a night cream for hair. Night time is when hair is free from environmental stressors – it gives you literally a beauty sleep.

As Stafford seems to be a genius in the spray your hair beautiful department he has come up with yet another, a Bleach Blonde Tone Correcting Conditioning Spray.

Remember the phrase “salon fresh”? It conjures a particular shade of blonde that is newly vibrant. Even the day after the salon there is a fade, or a yellowing or a drying and frizzing. This spray is to make your hair feel expensively done up and cleverly highlighted at all times.

It is lightweight, which is invaluable for me and you apply it evenly and sparingly to towel dried hair. It is recommended you use it every other time you wash your hair. I think this depends on how often you wash your hair. If you wash it weekly I would say go for it every time but use half as much. But that is just me; it totally depends on the weight and the damage of the hair.

There is also his Bleach Blonde Golden Girl Oil. It comes in a tiny carry around container and it is to give blonde locks a super highlighted and healthy look. It has its own blend of ingredients but it includes sunflower seed oil, which smoothes cuticles and helps protect hair from heat damage. It can be applied wet for best results  specifically tailored to make blonde more blonde and golden, more glowing.
