After a super successful beauty Twitter chat we are so excited to let you all know we will be hosting another Twitter party today between 1-2pm, but this time it’s all about health!
The party we are hosting is on behalf of the lovely people at “Boots Make it Happen.” What is Boots make it happen you may ask? Well we all have those little goals we keep putting off year after year and Boots have partnered with Mumsnet to help us get started.
Their new initiative encourages people to take action on their health and beauty goals. The initiative is looking at what can we change in our lives in 2013 and according to new research, three quarters (84%) of us are feeling positive about achieving these goals throughout 2013. So whether your goal is to stop smoking, go to the gym more regularly or even to have more body confidence it’s time to make it happen!
Boots and Mumsnet want to help support us in our journeys in anyway they can, from product recommendations to service support and expert advice. You can find out more about the initiative at The Feel Good Forum and Let’s Make It Happen.
Our twitter party will be focusing on all your health goals, so if you want some tip top healthy eating tips, some amazing workouts or you have any burning health questions make sure not to miss out! Best of all the wonderful ladies from The High Tea Cast will be co-hosting the party with us. The High Tea Cast is a podcast and blogzine which packs a punch over a spot of high tea and they cover everything from culture and music to food and sex.
