Little Women is the new BBC three-part series based on Louise May Alcott’s novel of the same name.
The story follows the March sisters: Jo (Maya Hawke), Meg (Willa Fitzgerald), Beth (Annes Elwy), and Amy (Kathryn Newton). The series shows their journey from children to adults, all white their father (Dylan Baker) is away at war.
They are with their mother Marmee (Emily Watson) who helps them on their way to becoming young women – they learn about their role in society, how to deal with rivalry between one another, their first love, loss and marriage.
