Look Good Feel Better have launched a new range of professional-quality make up brushes to help donate and support their wonderful charity.
For over 20 years, this cancer support charity has helped women and teenagers combat the visible side-effects of their treatment, and Look Good Feel Better is dedicated to improving the self-esteem, confidence and wellbeing of people undergoing treatment for cancer.
As a makeup artist, it is so rewarding to be able to make women feel more confident, even if it’s just a tiny bit, there’s no better feeling. Just one swoop of eyeliner, some fab eyebrow products, or a little blend of the perfect blusher – it can really transform that person’s life and the way they feel about themselves, particularly when they are going through something so daunting and life-changing.
Finding out you have cancer is traumatic, and the added stress of the appearance related side effects of treatment can be hard to cope with, and can feel overwhelming. Look Good Feel Better host a programme of workshops and masterclasses, that women can go to, and learn skincare and make up tips and techniques.
This new range of high quality brushes have been developed with beauty industry experts, and are hand-made using super soft taklon bristles, a special polyester derivative, free of any protein component; making them allergy free, environmentally friendly and suitable for sensitive skin.
I found the heads of the brushes super super soft, perfect for a really flawless blend, with both powder and cream products. LGFB haven’t held back on quality that’s for sure! To top it off, they are super affordable!
