Trends may come and go but we forever want to be a Chloé girl. Fresh-faced, free-spirited and unknowingly cool, which is exactly how you would describe the fashion house’s newest face, Suvi Kopenen.
The Finnish beauty, whose modelling career was launched back in 2005 after she won Finland’s Next Top Model reality tv contest, appeared in Chloe’s autumn advertising campaign and has now been chosen as the face of the brand’s eponymous fragrance.
Celebrating five years of the scent’s global success, a new advert to illustrate the fragrances grace and intuitive femininity has been shot, in black and white, by Fabien Baron, portraying a fresh, elegant and beautiful Suvi.
Of the campaign Suvi said, “Chloe has always been a fashion house imagined by women for women. It is a real joy for me to embody their iconic fragrance today.”
“There is a real continuity between Chloé fashion and the fragrances we develop. Chloé has known a worldwide success since its launch in 2008. It seemed totally coherent to us to link even more the fashion and fragrance universes by choosing Suvi, Chloé’s face for the autumn/winter 2012-2013 fashion campaign. She is fresh, elegant and feminine. She perfectly incarnates the Chloé woman”, says Françoise Mariez, Senior Vice President International European Marketing Licenses, Coty Prestige.
The campaign will run from November 2012.
