Based on the BBC series, Criminal Justice, the new HBO series stars John Turturro and Riz Ahmed. The story – a complex New York City murder mystery.
It begins with an innocent night as Pakistani-American university student Nasir “Naz” Khan meets a mysterious young women. Things quickly escalate and Naz finds himself at the police station where he realises that his lawyers may not be able to help him out and that everything rests on a particular inmate at Rikers Island.
