Brace yourselves; the official trailer for the latest addition to the X-Men franchise has arrived…
The highly-anticipated X-Men: Apocalypse is among us. Following the last movie’s success (X-Men: Days of Future Past) director Bryan Singer returns with his latest addition and here is the trailer to offer a little glimpse of what to expect from the film, which was released today.
The superhero team is tackling its the most dangerous opponent yet – an ancient mutant named Apocalypse (Oscar Issac), the first and most powerful mutant from Marvel’s Universe. Assembling the powers of many other mutants, he has become immortal and invincible. Upon awakening after thousands of years, he is disillusioned with the world as he finds it and recruits a team of powerful mutants, including a disheartened Magneto (Michael Fassbender), to cleanse mankind and create a new world order, over which he will reign.
As the fate of the Earth hangs in the balance, Raven (Jennifer Lawrence) with the help of Professor X (James McAvoy) must lead a team of young X-Men to stop their greatest nemesis and save mankind from complete destruction.
