We are fans of fake tanning brand Vita Liberata here at BATD. We are impressed with their high-quality range, so imagine our excitement when Vita revealed their new launches to us – which you’ll be pleased to hear seemed to fill the necessary gaps in the fake tanning market…
First up, we have (my favourite) the Marula Dry Oil Self Tan SPF 50 (£39.95). Yes, it’s a buildble fake tan, that moisturises AND protects with an impressive SPF 50. Fake tanning products can be very drying on the skin – problem solved. When you want to be brown for your holidays, get a spray tan but don’t want to ruin it by smothering your SPF 50 on top – problem solved. It also smells different to the usual cocoa-tan smells; this one is a fresh lemongrass scent.
Vita Liberata have hit the jackpot with this 3-in-1 product in my opinion, I have been using it since I got my spray tan last week and it has kept it up beautifully and evenly as well as keeping my skin super hydrated, giving a golden sheen. The non-greasy oil sinks in fast giving you a longer-lasting and gorgeous tan. I love it.
The second product to hit the shelves is the Body Blur Instant Skin Finish (£29.95) which is like a BB cream – for your body. This cream works to minimise any blemishes, cover imperfections and smooth the skins appearance – with light reflective particles.
Use on both face and body for radiant and tanned looking skin – perfect to get killer flawless legs in that short dress. This formula is wash-off for ease and no build-up.
Last but not least is the Self Tanning Anti Age Serum (£29.95) for your face. As fake tan products can dry out your skin – using them on the face can take out the moisture you need. Not great for keeping those wrinkles away. Vita Liberata have taken this problem and solved it with their new radiance inducing, anti-ageing formula to give your face a tanned glow. Containing rose, cucumber and peptides to soothe whilst adding illumination. So much more than your average fake tan.
Simply add a couple of drops to your existing skincare for a subtle tan, or apply directly to your skin for a deeper tan – it is totally in your control.
