Not all advent calendars are made up of chocolate deliciousness. There are healthier options that come in the form of Beauty Advent Calendars which are zero calories… yes, please!
Here is our countdown of this year’s best advent calendars to get your hands on…
1. Lookfantastic
Available now, the Lookfantast advent calendar has goodies worth over £300. It includes brands like Illamasqua, Caudalie, Dr Lipp, Elemis and more. We also like that after Christmas you can use it to store other bits and pieces as you please.
2. House of Fraser
House of Fraser’s advent calendar includes everything from makeup to nails from their own makeup brand, Colour Couture. It’s available now for £25.
3. Selfridges
Selfridges have the most extravagant advent calendar. It’s one of the most expensive at £120, but you do get brands such as YSL, Lancome, Keihl’s, Urban Decay and more inside, so it’s worth it. It’s available now, but I think I won’t be able to quite resist until December.
4. ELEMIS
Similar to Selfridges, Elemis advent calendar is one of the more expensive beauty calendars around but you get a lot. The products inside are actually worth over £300. Again, this one would be very hard to resist. I love the white packaging, it’s very icy and reminds me of winter.
ELEMIS advent calendar is available from 23rd October 2017.
5. The Body Shop
This year, The Body Shop has released not one, but three different advent calendars. The one we’ve picked is in pink and purple at £45. They also have them a green and red ranging up to £99.
6. ASOS
ASOS advent calendar has 25 windows, as well with beauty products, including STARSKIN facemasks, Nip + Fab and ELEMIS. One of them also contains an ASOS discount voucher as a treat.
7. RITUALS
Ok, I’m in LOVE with the Rituals advent calendars. They’ve created two mini Christmas trees with Rituals products hanging as boerboels packed in boxes, so you still get the element of surprise as you unbox each small package on the run-up to Christmas.
8. Decléor
Declor advent calendar features 24 products from face masks to oils, creams and serums. The packaging is absolutely gorgeous. The gold and white look very festive and then when you open each window you get their signature white and yellow product packaging.
The calendar is available both online and in store for £65.
9. Liz Earle
This is one of the few advent calenders that are 12 days of Christmas as most of them were either 24 or 25. Nevertheless, I love this Liz Earle advent calender. It’s also available at John Lewis, Boots & QVC.
