Paris Fashion Week began with the Ulyana Sergeenka and Atelier Versace shows on Sunday. Today’s shows include Shiaparelli, Raf Simons for Chrsitian Dior and Giambattista Valli. Pictures have surfaced from the Dior show. The Autumn-Winter 2015-2016 collection includes 60s/70s looking pieces–heavily patterned dresses, one-armed wool coats, velvet wide-legged pants and revealing midi dresses.
Before show-goers saw the collection, they oohed and awed over the technicolor set. The show took place at Musee Rodin in Paris’s 7th arrondissement. A neo-impressionist garden made the perfect backdrop for the collection. Raf Simons considers it a ‘garden of earthly delight.’
