She may be married to Bond villain Javier Bardem but that hasn’t stopped directors from casting Penelope Cruz as the next Bond girl.
It has been revealed that the super-sexy Oscar-winning actress will start work on the Skyfall follow-up early next year, just after she celebrates her 40th birthday – earning her the title of oldest Bond girl yet and stealing the name from Brit actress Honor Blackman who was 39 when she starred as Pussy Galore in 1962’s Goldfinger.
A source said, “Bond girls are always brainy and sexy, and that’s totally Penelope.” We couldn’t agree more.
