Dawn Dudek is a one of a kind artist that has translated her skills over time to evolve to where she is now; incorporating her love for art, graphics and makeup artistry, and using her experience in computer animation to develop her ideas in the traditional medium of painting.
Dawn started out as a painter; but it seems like she has been and done everything in the creative world to come round and back again to her beautifully raw talent of traditional painting. She has studied the likes of illustration, contemporary sculpture, experimental photography, photo-electric arts, animation and printmaking. She has even worked as a MAC makeup artist, where she eventually became their jr. art director for the brand; where she then steered her career into the new area of computer graphics.
Her charming paintings fuse together fashion and art, and the natural world. Dawn is currently working on her painting/installation and fine art print project titled ‘If you love it so much, why don’t you Paint it.’ and her wearable art collection ‘Tie me up couture By Dawn Dudek’. Made in Italy, these wonderful floating works of art are available at select stores in the US, France, Italy, Australia and online.
