Psycle is launching its third London location in Shoreditch, my second home is the Mortimer Street studio but you can also ride with them in Canary Wharf. The Psycle community spirit has taken over London and if you haven’t tried a class then I really urge you to do so fast.
In fact you have to be fast because by 12.10pm on a Monday when the new class schedule opens for bookings that week you will struggle to find a space free. I have to religiously wherever I am in my day, or whatever country I am in be able to logon to Psycle to book my favourite classes and bike numbers. yes I am that much of a geek about it, but hey it’s not just me!
Dedicated to making fitness fun and encouraging us all to enjoy working out that but more, there are new classes on the horizon and off the bike in Shoreditch The new studio is located on Whitby Street and is home to a 44-bike spin studio and new fitness studios too. They believe that to be healthy you must work on creating a healthy balance when it comes to the workout so working on fitness, strength and flexibility is key. I must admit I do need to stretch more, especially after a few fast spin classes a week.
The brilliant Psycle CEO, Rhian Stephenson says that: “Psycle’s goal has always been to inspire people to lead vibrant, happy energetic lives. We believe that to be truly healthy, you must cultivate balance. We need not only cardiovascular fitness, but strength, flexibility and emotional wellbeing, so we’re excited to open a studio that encompasses these elements of fitness and wellbeing.”
You can enjoy Psycle Barre, HITT, Yoga and Ride classes with lots of the teachers you already love from your spin classes, so do check out the new London Psycle Pad.
