Blige, RESPECT follows the rise of Aretha Franklin’s career from a child singing in her father’s church’s choir to her international superstardom, the remarkable true story of the music icon’s journey to find her voice.
We cannot wait to see Jennifer Hudson perform in this role. An incredible amount of pressure playing the legend that is Aretha Franklin, but she looks so natural and of course already has the voice.
