Dickie’s Bar is the latest addition to the London Bar scene. The brand new bar is a creative collaboration between Michelin Star Chef, Richard Corrigan and Gregory Buda from The Dead Rabbit, NYC, voted the World’s Best Bar (World’s 50 Best, 2016) so we just know this will be nothing short of extraordinary.
Dickie’s Bar will be using the freshest ingredients, imported daily from Corrigan’s garden and farm in Virginia Park Lodge, Ireland. So think, Buda’s crazy cocktail ideas that we’ve famously heard about through The Dead Rabbit, infused with Corrigan’s fresh farm sourced ingredients… mmm, delicious!
Dickie’s Bar will be a sophisticated and relaxed Irish-American inspired late night cocktail bar in the heart of Mayfair. Opens 21st June 2017.
