Win Rodda’s x Paul A Young Christmas Truffles

December 18, 2012

Rodda’s x Paul A Young Cornish clotted cream caramel truffle

This year, for the festive season, innovative chocolatier, Paul A Young, has teamed up with makers of Cornish clotted cream since 1890, Rodda’s, to create a limited edition Cornish clotted cream caramel truffle.

Indulging his inner creative chocolatier, Paul, who is renowned for his artisan adventures in chocolate, has created a sumptuous taste-senstation, by using Rodda’s Cornish clotted cream as the core ingredient in a Christmas truffle that blends the Cornish delicacy with warm ginger bread spices and a 72% dark, Single origin Venzuelan chocolate. A crisp deep, dark chocolate shell houses a creamy, spiced and slightly salted truffle centre that is all manner of decadent.

The Rodda’s Cornish clotted cream caramel truffle will be available at Paul A Young shops in Soho, Islington and Bank across London. Priced from £2 each or £7 for a box of four to £65 for a box of 42. Also available for home delivery by phoning a Paul A Young shop on www.paulayoung.co.uk
