America’s hit musical drama series “Smash” will make its way to UK televisions this month in all its singing, dancing glory.
Packed with music, dance and drama, “Smash” is perfect for Broadway enthusiasts and Glee fans alike. The NBC series revolves around the creation of a new Marilyn Monroe-based musical and the lives of the performers involved with the production.
Created by Broadway veteran Theresa Rebeck and co-produced by Steven Spielberg, “Smash” features a star-studded cast that includes Debra Messing, Jack Davenport, Katherine McPhee, Megan Hilty, Brian d’Arcy James, and Anjelica Huston. Luckily, Smash has already been picked up for a second season, so when you get hooked (and you will), there will be more “Smash” waiting to feed your appetite next season.
“Smash” will premiere on Sky Atlantic Saturday, 21 April at 9 p.m.
