Ruby Summer

Hendrick’s Gin, Pimm’s rose liqueur, orange and aronia berry syrup, coriander bitters and lemon juice, topped up with Pedrino.

Tropical Galloway – Hendrick’s Gin, Briottet passion fruit liqueur infused with mango and rose, sugar syrup and lemon juice.

Fiore – Hendrick’s Gin, St-Germain elderflower liqueur, pineapple juice, hibiscus syrup, lime juice and hibiscus flowers.

Capri – Hendrick’s Gin, Campari, rosemary syrup and lime juice, topped up with Champagne.

Gardener’s Infusion – Hendrick’s Gin, Taylor’s White Port and rose lemonade infused with fresh apple, ginger and lemon balm.
