With so many charities working to put an end to the disease for good; here some great foodie places coming together to help contribute to their important work – so get involved in these special events available only for this month… and eat to donate!
Cutter & Squidge

Following their very successful opening in Soho earlier this month; ‘biskie’ creators Cutter & Squidge will be partaking in Breast Cancer Awareness Month this October by launching a limited-edition biskie.
A Biskie is a fresh, and unique handmade sandwiched dessert. It’s like a cake, biscuit and a cookie had a baby. Cutter & Squidge’s signature creations are filled with their special lightened buttercream, handmade jams, caramels and all sorts of other delights. Yum.

Throughout October, the custom made Triple Berry Ombre biskie will be available to purchase online and in store, with a percentage of sales going to Cancer Research UK.
The biskies will be priced at £3.90 individually, £12.90 for a box of four and £22.90 for a box of eight.

ZEO DRINK

Zeo is supporting The Pink Ribbon Foundation for Breast Cancer Awareness Month; with their new delicious pink-bottled flavour of Caramel, Coconut and Passion Fruit. You can be sure to drink these fizzy drinks guilt-free too as each Zeo bottle only has 1/2 teaspoon of sugar inside (compared to as much as 19 teaspoons in your regular can of fizzy!). It is only 30 calories so its the perfect choice for those of you who like to opt for a healthy alternative.

I am drinking this as I type this; and it is actually a lovely mild sweetness. It is fruity yet has a subtle caramel and coconut flavour in the background. Very refreshing.
For every bottle sold they are donating 10p to the Pink Ribbon Foundation. They are available from Co-op and WHSmith stores nationwide.
Hotel Chantelle

Marylebone restaurant Hotel Chantelle have created a Pink Plates campaign, in support of Against Breast Cancer.

Through the whole of October Hotel Chantelle London will be serving dishes on pink plates, and donating £1 of each dish to the charity; Against Breast Cancer. The menu has also been updated to include a non-edible “£5 starter” or “£20 main course” if you fancy making a further donation.
