We’ve been pinning our hopes on a few spectacular films that we have seen in the last year to be in the line up; and we are pretty pleased to see them coming up for their chance to grab an award…
Steven Spielberg and Todd Haynes‘ dramas have secured a whopping 9 nominations, while The Revenant follows with 8 and Mad Max: Fury Road comes at 7 nominations. Actor Eddie Redmayne is up for Best Actor and has a chance of winning his second BAFTA in a row after The Theory of Everything last year. He comes up against Bryan Cranston, Matt Damon, Leonardo DiCaprio and Michael Fassbender.
