Street food sensation Jez Felwick, aka The Bowler, has been rolling out meatball classics from The Lawn Ranger, his grass- covered street food van, for over a year from various London markets and around the UK at festivals and events. Now his fans and meatball lovers can recreate his balls at home with his new book The Bowler’s Meatball Cookbook.
The book is as awesome as Jez himself, and packed with mouthwatering recipes – combinations include Pork & Fennel Meatballs, Sweaty Balls – so hot they make you sweat – and The Popeye – packed with spinach and beef chuck.
