We can wear a non-descript white vest top at the gym, we can pop on the hoodie that we wore last summer at THAT festival, but when it comes to training, there’s one area that we girls really can’t afford to scrimp on. The sports bra. They’re an absolute necessity for us all, whether you like it or not. In a bygone age, they used to be a burden you had to bear, another price you had to pay for toned limbs and general fitness. Now? Well we have far too much choice around us to be grumpy about the job.
There are different colours, prints, fits, the lot. I may have become a little bit addicted, and of course the desire to show your favourite off to full effect is one of the biggest motivation factors for toned abs you can come across. So here are some styles that are sure to up your crunch and sit-up reps to the max!
