I’m a fan of Timebomb skincare. All that stopping the clock, turning back time with clever, affordable ingredients. The latest must have is Overnight Peel and Reveal. Peel and Reveal equals skin luminosity. You use it once a week although I of course used it more. It helps tighten and improve the look of pores and gives an even skin tone. It reduces the appearance of fine lines and hyper pigmentation. Of course many things claim to do this but this one you actually feel and see it working. It’s like you’ve created your own mini spa.
You apply the peel which is a chemical exfoliation at night. It dissolves the bonds which hold the top layer of dry, dull skin, literally dissolves it and in the morning you literally buff away with the microdermabrasion polish so your skin gets a complete overhaul. The old, ageing, pigmented skin just falls off. The dermabrasion makes it smoother and the serum makes it tighter. Together they make it glow.
I have sensitive skin so I use a tiny amount of dermabrasion cream and it still exfoliates swiftly, thoroughly and without pain. For nights when I’m not using Peel and Reveal, they have a wonderful night cream called Flashback which comes in a pewter timebomb. It’s an overnight plumping treatment for your face so you wake up looking younger than when you went to bed. It’s a super-rich moisturiser in that is rich with hyaluronic acid and vitamins that nourish the skin so it can better produce collagen and elastin but not rich in the thick and gloopy sense. It’s strong because overnight it lifts the face.
Using both of these products for the last 10 days has literally lifted my face and reduced pigmentation on one side. This must be because I’ve been applying more to the right side of my face, but weirdly it’s helped to make me really notice the difference.
