This summer, the new scents from Jo Malone are all about the juicy and exotic. Think dancing through the streets of Brazil, think mouth-watering fruits and being absolutely soaked in sunshine. There are two vibrant new scents that form the Hot Blossoms Collection, Cattleya Flower Body Mist and Tropical Cherimoya Blossom Cologne. Designed to be worn alone, these fragrances complement each other perfectly and can be layered to create a truly unique summer fragrance.
Cattleya is the queen of orchids and its fragrance is fresh, floral and exotic. It has been mixed with splashes of citrus fruit and bitter gentian with bottom notes of vetiver and as it is in a Body Mist (the first one that Jo Malone has ever created) it is lightweight and perfect for summer days. Launching this month Tropical Cattleya Orchid Body Mist is £45.
Cherimoya is a green fruit and has been mixed with top notes of pear and passion flower alongside copahu resin and creamy tonka bean. It too is launching this month and is £47 for 30ml and £95 for 100ml.
“The inspiration came when I was travelling around Brazil. We loved the flamboyant vibrancy of the flowers and the sumptuous textures of the fruits there, so we thought why not create two fragrances instead of one?” says Celine Roux, Jo Malone London Head of Fragrance Development.
Perfect for the hot days of summer, the Hot Blossoms Collection from Jo Malone will certainly help you keep your cool.
