The ‘spotlight’ eye. I really built up ‘Armour’ shade in the middle of my eye, with ‘Dagger’ and ‘Black Market’ in the crease and blended out. Little touch of eyeliner in my waterline and lots and lots of mascara. Tip: Hold a folded tissue placed on the outer corner of your eye while you blend, to get that real sharp wing.

This is a matte-textured quite minimal smokey eye, just to show that you don’t always have to go full-on! These colours work nicely used singularly, using just ‘Thirteen’ on the lids and ‘Whiskey’ in the crease and underneath, just using the right tools to get a soft blend.

I have used the warmer colours for this one; using a little ‘Whiskey’ in my crease and blending out with ‘Radar’ and ‘Dirtysweet’. The highlight is ‘High’. As I have heavier eyelids I really concentrate on my crease and blend out quite high to the brow. Also bringing out the wing to create a cat-eye blend. I have falsies on here too, and liquid liner.
This is using the ‘Black Market’ all over, even using a little MAC’s Fix + spray in between applying it to really layer on the coverage, adding density to the pigment to stick to the lid. This colour has a hint of blue, which adds a little texture, which I like. I blended it out with a little ‘Smoulder’ and ‘Radar’ to warm and soften the blend out. Also piled on ‘Armour’ on the inner corners of my eyes. And of course, false lashes.
