“There is no set formula to wellbeing. Our individual minds, moods, environments and circumstances all contribute to how we feel.” – This is how Danielle Copperman introduces her new book Well Being.
Danielle is a model and had been struggling with low energy and stress. So, she began her search into ways in which food, movement and rituals could all help her physical and mental health.

What we like about her book is that it’s split up through the day – from morning to evening – each section outlines her suggested practices, rituals and recipes for specific feelings, moods and situations.
She has put together a very interesting way of looking at food and mindful living as she guides her readers through things like breath regulation and yoga glow routines, and of course, she offers delicious recipes like her Sweet Potato Gratin and Chocolate Cookie Crunch Bars.
We recently caught Danielle at one of the Shelf Help bookclub evenings where she told us all about the book.
