Eye pencils are the kind of thing I lose all the time, but I am carrying around my YSL waterproof eyeliner pencil as a kind of comforter; it is the best eye pencil ever. The dessin du regard pencil is super long lasting and super creamy. It goes on with a glide and is super shiny but you can also use it as an eye shadow if you make it smudgy and super intense. It literally will stay on all day and all night if you want it to but what I like best about it is how is goes on in a quick lick of a glide, it is easy and intense.
