Instagram is the home of many different communities, including the fitness world, where workout junkies share their exercise routines and inspire us to get in shape and keep fit.
Social media allows us to have access right at the click of our fingers, and in this case – we have our very own personal trainers at hand! Check out the instagrammers below for quick, easy workouts you can do right at home.
Kaisa Keranen, who earned her Masters Degree in Exercise Science, posts her workout regime so we can hopefully gets as strong and powerful as her. Carmen’s workouts target all different areas of your body, giving you tougher abs, stronger arms and toned legs. Whatever your target area is, Carmen will have a workout that can help.
The Hollywood Trainer Club run by Jeanette Jenkins, who doubles as a nutritionist and a trainer. This instagram provides followers with quick workout videos, motivational quotes and suggestions on how to make some delicious healthy meals. I know it may sound corny, but an inspiring quote can really be just what you need to get off the couch and start your fitness routine.
This instagram is run by a fitness lover named Shonda, who grabs workouts from many different instagram accounts and puts them all in one place. Instead of jumping from page to page, we’re happy that Shonda has compiled all of our favourites for us!
