Kate Middleton Arrives At Queen’s Coronation Anniversary

June 4, 2013

Throughout the royal pregnancy, Kate Middleton – in an array of great British designers and high-end high street brands – has proved that a baby bump needn’t render you frumpy or fashion-unfriendly.

Instead, thanks to beautiful bias-cuts and empire line dresses paired with simple, re-worked accessories and fail-safes (just work out the cost-per-wear of those Sledge L.K. Bennett pumps!) the Duchess has retained a fashion-forward yet elegant look throughout.

And this morning, as the Duchess and Prince William arrived at Westminster Abbey for the Queen’s 60th Anniversary Coronation service, was no exception.

Kate looked every inch the glowing mum-to-be, wearing a bespoke Jenny Packham dress in soft peach and dove-grey lace, together with a silk peach jacket and the nude fascinator that made an appearance last year during the Queen’s Jubilee service.

But what we really adored. . . was Kate’s glossy-as-ever mane of hair – beautifully curled, with an intricate woven section at the crown of her (very royal) head.
