Alex (Adam Scott), Emily (Taylor Schilling), and their son, RJ, are adjusting to their move to Los Angeles. A chance meeting in a local park introduces them to the mysterious Kurt (Jason Schwartzman), and his wife. A family ‘playdate’ is arranged and things becomes increasingly heated as the night goes on.
The Overnight is an unpredictable, and brilliantly awkward American sex comedy film written and directed by Patrick Brice.
