Gwen Stefani and James Corden sing Carpool Karaoke, with some surprise guests…
Oh, what a ride! We wish our daily commute to work involved singing with stars in the car. James Corden has been joined by hot stuff Gwen Stefani in the passenger seat for another round of Carpool Karaoke on the Late Late Show… along with two surprise guests!
The pair start off their journey getting down to some of Gwen’s old hits including No Doubt‘s Don’t Speak, Gwen’s Used To Love You, Rich Girl and more. They discuss her adorable relationship with Blake Shelton; and how the star stays looking so young. Corden compared Stefani to a real-life Benjamin Button and delved in for her anti-ageing secret in which she replies, “falling in love”. We’ll have some of that please!
In a hilarious turn; James wants to get himself into the carpool lane – but needs another two people to do so. He whips out his mobile and calls George Clooney, as you do, to do him a favour and join him. With one person short still, George also gets his mobile out to call a friend, and they are all joined by his Money Monster co-star, Julia Roberts!
They all sing together, of course, with the epic Queen‘s We Are The Champions and it is a little bit brilliant. We love how discreetly Gwen takes care of her lippy on her teeth in one quick moment (obviously a gorgeous red UD x Gwen lipstick) and carries on singing her heart out. We’ll be doing that trick next time…
