Just last night, the most glamorous stars walked the red carpet at the Billboard Music Awards. Especially for singer Ciara as she was both musical artist and host for the night. Check out how Ciara’s celebrity makeup artist Yolanda Frederick-Thompson created the look.
Here are the essential products and steps:
1. First, to prep her skin she used RèVive Skincare Moisturizing Renewal Eye Cream to hydrate the eye area.
2. As for foundation, essentials Frederick-Thompson used almost all Laura Mercier products including the Candleglow Soft Luminous Foundation, Contouring Palette, Translucent Setting Powder and finished with the Mineral Illuminating Powder.
3. To start the eyes, she used MAC pro Longwear Paint Pot on the base of the eyelids, then she contoured and increased the entire lash line with Laura Mercier’s Caviar Stick Eye Colour in Tuxedo. She continued to layer the eyelids with pewter-toned eyeshadows with Laura Mercier’s Extreme Neutrals Eye Shawdow Palette.
4. Of course, the look wouldn’t be complete without three coats of Yves Saint Laurent Volume Effet Faux Clis in black. The mascara gives the length of false eyelashes, and made Ciara’s eyes pop.
5. As for her lip colour, Frederick-Thompson used all Laura Mercier products and started with the Lip Pencil to contour the lips, then Velour Lover’s Lip Colour in Embrace, finished with highlighting the center of her lips with Creme Smooth Lip Colour in Brigitte.
