This June the fabulous Eric Lanlard will be on hand, creating a whole army of expert bakers at his Cup Cake Masterclasses.
The course, run out of Eric’s Cake Boy emporium in London, is perfect for all sweet-toothed cup cake devotees as Eric will take you though the perfect cupcake making-and-decorating process. Expect delicious, delightful and interesting fillings, sumptuous frosting and truly decadent decorations.
After all that hard work a champagne brunch will be served and you get to take home a box of 12 decorated cupcakes.
The Cup Cake Masterclasses run every Saturday in June from 9.30 am-1.30 pm, get booking as places are going fast!
