It’s been a big week for the Beckhams, as Victoria celebrated a Olympic closing ceremony reunion with the Spice Girls, David is gearing up for the launch of his Bodywear for H&M campaign. Tomorrow in San Francisco, New York, and Los Angeles, 11-foot statues of the football star will be set up wearing nothing but H&M briefs.
The giant Beckham statues are H&M’s way of creating excitement surrounding the latest campaign, and we must salute them for a job well done. . . although, why aren’t we getting any in London again?
This is the second time this year that the Swedish clothing line has collaborated with the footballer, so as a celebratory gesture, H&M is giving away 10 mini statues, a pair of Beckham signed briefs, and a $1,000 shopping spree. We’ll take one of each, please!
