To celebrate the famed fashion illustrators role as the hotel’s artist in residence this London Fashion Week Claridge’s will host an exhibition of David Downton’s artwork, taken from his popular Fumoir series.
Entitled Midnight at Noon (and Other Stories) the exhibition features some of the London hotel’s most renowned guests, including Dita Von Teese, Alber Elbaz, Laura Bailey, Joan Collins and Christian Louboutin and highlights the hotels countenance for the world of fashion.
So slip into your new season Celine at head to the hotel’s famed Fumoir bar, and Downton’s ‘office’ for a cocktail and to peruse the exhibition.
