We are all after a glowing, beautiful and youthful complexion. Thankfully, there are lots of different tools we can use to help pamper our skin. We’ve gathered a list of ones you might want to try!
Most Affordable
Sarah Chapman’s Facialift makes a great affordable option for getting into the skin care tools game. The Facialift is our favorite of the affordable options. Through massage, it helps relive tension, lift, and sculpt skin. It also helps drain your face of different toxins and eliminate puffiness. At £28, it is worth a try to see how it could work for you.
The Revive Poof is a device small enough to go anywhere with you. It is designed to treat acne by giving off blue light that kills the bacteria on the face. This helps get rid of current spots and prevent any new ones from appearing. At just under £20, it’s a deal!
Jade Rollers take a bit more physical effort, but it is the cheapest of the options on the list at £15. Jade rollers are known for their ability to increase blood circulation and eliminate puffiness. They work best when kept in the refrigerator before each time you use them. (Victoria Beckham and Gwyneth Paltrow are reported fans.)
Best Massagers
Nurse Jamie Instant Uplift is a manual massage roller that is praised by everyone (Even Khloe Kardashian!) who uses it, at least that is how it seems. It lets you sculpt your face using a rotating head covered in tourmaline stones to energize and lift your skin which helps both the tone and texture. It can be used all over the body as well. (£55)
If an electric massager is your preference, you can try out Nurse Jamie’s TRIangle facial beauty tool. It is a sonic face massager with regular and heated settings. This is a helpful way to make sure your product is all absorbed, and it restores the skin’s firmness. (£125)
Best Microneedling
Microneedling is best done at night, because the rolling of the 540.5 mm needles can make the skin red. The needles stimulate healing which causes more collagen production. This healing process is also said to help rid the skin of scarring, oil, and signs of ageing. You might want to try this micro needling from ECooking for £73.
Best Light Treatment
Although it is quite a bit more expensive, Skin Inc.’s Optimizer Voyage Tri-Light (£289) treats a number of issues, including damaged skin cells, dull skin, sensitive skin, acne, oily skin, and water retention. It’s praised to increase collagen production, elastin production, and product absorption.
Best Electric Current Device
It is another pricey option (£425), but Ziip’s Nano Current Skincare Device is connected to an app that allows you to choose from various current therapy options. These allow you to customize each use depending on what event you might be preparing for. The electric currents help regenerate cells and stimulate collagen production.
Best Multi-tasker
The GloPro (£199) uses 3 in 1 technology: micro needling, vibrotactile stimulation, and LED light. The microneedle does not puncture the top layer of skin, but stimulates the skin to produce more collagen. The vibrotactile stimulation allows for maximisation of the micro needling and allows the effect to go deeper into the skin. The LED promotes healing and collagen density.
If you’ve been looking to add something new to your skincare routine, you might want to try one of these out. Hopefully one will be what you’re looking for!
