The London Collections: Men have been getting underway this weekend, and we’ve had a sneaky peek at some of the trends. Some we like, some we love, and some…well, not so much.
Now Pringle of Scotland…haven’t you done well.

It was all about monochrome knitwear for Pringle of Scotland. Chunky long scarves, slimline trousers, rolled necks, sturdy shouldered coats, and leather. Lots of leather. And the easy-to-achieve trend of the show? Long under-sleeves. Jumpers poked out of jacket sleeves by almost a hand’s length. According to Pringle of Scotland, that’s how the guys should be wearing it. Who can resist a hug-worthy cable-knit?!

Jourdan Dunn made a surprise appearance at Moschino AW15, but it wasn’t just the supermodel that was the talk of the frow as the winter wonderland meets Tarzan style ensembles strutted down the runway. Take away the Kanye glossy gold puffa items, and you have a mass of faux fur animal prints, snow boots, and denim. It was pure theatre.

And let’s not forget the moment David Gandy rocked up at the Belstaff AW15 presentation. He’s a man of motors – he’s signed by Jaguar, such a hardship we’re sure – so felt perfectly at home in the oak coloured leather biker number he was sporting.

He paired the jacket with tweed slim-leg trousers, a cream cashmere scarf, shirt and tie…and stood next to a classic bike whilst he was at it. Needless to say there were far less eyes on the presentation whilst this guy was around.
