Fashion is ever-changing. Every season, every year and every decade brings new styles and we somehow have to find a way to keep up. It’s equally as important to think about how the media play a part in the fashion industry. That’s why the topic of the first Ad Week Symposium happening Thursday is The Future of Fashion: Digital Fashion.

ELLE’s editor-in-chief, Lorraine Candy, and designer Matthew Williamson are debating on the issue. They will be talking about Williamson’s career, which lends much insight into the incorporation of digitalization in fashion. From his 1997 Electric Angels show to the most recent tech-savvy AW13 show, listeners can get a better idea of how the two mediums work hand-in-hand and how this relationship is expected to expand.
