Come rain or shine, one thing is a definite this summer, we will all be doing a LOT of walking. ‘They’re a really snuggly fit and seem to shape to your foot better than ordinary trainers for walking, they offer all the support feeling that a sports trainer does but look more like a trend-led trainer. I seriously pounded the pavement in them and compared to my usual sneaker, felt I could walk much, much further – and faster – because my foot was properly supported and they absorbed the shock of the pavement beneath my feet. I love the platinum crackle effect on the leather and can see myself wearing them all year round now.’
