Following on from our Golden Globes Winners List, here are some more makeup looks we obsessed over. This time, we have a little Laura Mercier makeup haul for you to see exactly what SJP’s make up artist used on the night.
The gorgeous Sarah Jessica Parker had a full Laura Mercier red carper look and we have all of the step by step tip here for you to recreate the look. Here’s how celebrity makeup artist Leslie Lopes helped the Sex and the City star with her flawless look.
FLAWLESS COMPLEXION:
- To achieve a soft, glowing look, Lopez used Laura Mercier Candleglow Soft Luminous Foundation in Cashew (£35) sparingly over the face, focusing only where it was needed.
- For a subtle highlight, she then lightly applied Laura Mercier Secret Brightening Powder (£19.5) under the eye.
- To give her a “sunkissed look,” Lopez applied Laura Mercier Candleglow Sheer Perfecting Powder in shade Medium to Deep (£32) on the cheek, forehead and collarbones, noting “I didn’t want to use too much blush because her dress is white.”
EYES:
- For a bold, dramatic eye, Lopez applied Laura Mercier Caviar Stick Eye Colour in Smoke (£23) across the entire lid followed by Laura Mercier Caviar Stick Eye Colour in Moonlight in the center of the lid to lighten and open up the eye. She then used Laura Mercier Caviar Stick Eye Colour in Tuxedo (£23) in the inside of the eye and blended using the Laura Mercier Crème Eye Detail Brush (£26)
- To intensify the look even further and give her “more freedom to make the eye stronger and bigger,” Leslie used the NEW Laura Mercier Editorial Eye Palette Intense Clays (£38) and applied the Metallik Platinum shade across the eye lid and under the eye using the Laura Mercier Clay Smudge Brush (£25).
LIPS:
- To give just a hint of color, Lopez topped off Parker’s look with Laura Mercier Crème Smooth Lip Colour in Angelic (£22)
