I know just how easy it is to get into a workout rut; the safety of a long-standing trainer, the comfort of your local gym, the ease of that same-time-same-place-same-moves exercise class. So if you’re keen to try something new this month, head to Hotpod Yoga and its two new London locations, in Notting Hill and Brixton.
The concept is really rather unique. Specially designed, fast-inflating pop-up pods, that self-heat up to 38 degrees, create the perfect space within which to bend, flex and strengthen those weary muscles (not to mention sweat) during an hour-long session of suprisingly calming, yet intensive Vinyasa yoga, suitable for both yoga-bunnies and beginners.
And to accompany your smug, after-exercise glow, Jax Coco Water (crisp, delicious and all-natural coconut water) will be on offer to help you rehydrate, Aussie fitnesswear brand, Lorna Jane will be popping up alongside the Hotpod to fulfil all your workout wear needs and Plenish Cleanse will be delivering custom-made cold press juices.
Hotpod Yoga pop ups will run Saturday from June 8th – July 27th, at £10 per session, £35 per month and £60 for both June and July. Hotpodyoga.com
